1/2 cup cold skim milk 1 envelope (1.3 oz.) whipped topping mix 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 tablespoon cocoa Assorted fresh fruit, cut up Chocolate sauce (Recipe follows)
Place foil on cookie sheet. In small mixer bowl, blend milk, topping mix, vanilla, and cocoa. Whip at high speed of electric mixer until topping peaks, about 2 minutes. Continue beating 2 minutes longer until topping is light and fluffy. Spoon mixture into 5 mounds onto prepared cookie sheet. With spoon, shape into 4" shells. Freeze. To serve fill center of each frozen shell with fruuit; drizzle with chocolate sauce. Serve immediately.
Makes 5 servings.
Chocolate Sauce
In small sauce pan, combine 3/4 cup sugar, 1/3 cup cocoa and 1 tablespoon cornstarch; stir in 3/4 cup water. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil; boil 1 minute. Remove from heat; add 1 tablespoon margarine and 1 teaspoon vanilla, stirring until smooth. Refrigerate.
About 1 cup sauce.
