Orange-Mallow Creme

 
Good served with strips of angel food cake or low-fat pound cake.

1 (8-oz.) pkg reduced-fat cream cheese
1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream
1 (7-oz.) jar marshmallow cream
2 tablespoons Grand Marnier or other orange-flavored liqueur
Orange rind strips for garnish (optional)
 
Beat cream cheese and sour cream at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth.  Stir in marshmallow cream and Grand Marnier.  Garnish with orange rind strips if desired.
