Monkey Bread

 
This recipe came from Don, a friend we met through the internet. 

1-1/2  cups chopped pecans
1-1/2 cups sugar
2-1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 pkg. frozen yeast rolls
1-1/2 sticks butter, melted
 
Grease Bundt pan.  Layer about half the pecans in bottom of pan.  Combine sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. 
 
Cut rolls in quarters or halves, or leave whole (whichever you prefer).  Dip each piece in melted butter, and then roll in cinnamon and sugar mixture.  Place in pan in staggered rows and layers, sprinkling in between with pecans.  Sprinkle top with butter, sugar, and pecans. 
 
Let rise overnight on the cabinet.
 
Bake in preheated 325 deg. F. oven for 45 minutes or until golden.  Remove from oven and let stand 10 minutes.
 
Makes 10 to 12 servings.
