1/2 cup chopped onion 2 tablespoons butter or margarine 2 cups diced cooked chicken (or turkey) 1 can (7-1/2 oz) OLD EL PASO Taco Sauce 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt 12 OLD EL PASO Taco Shells sliced avocado sliced radish OLD EL PASO Picante Sauce or Taco Sauce Cook onion in butter in skillet until transparent. Stir in chicken, taco sauce, salt and garlic salt. Simmer, uncovered, over low heat for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, place taco shells on baking sheet. Heat in 350 deg F. preheated oven for 5-7 minutes. Spoon chicken mixture into taco shells. Top with slices of avocado and radish. Pass picante sauce or taco sauce. |
