3 tablespoons butter or margarine 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard 3 crescent rolls, split 3 slices roast beef 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese 1 green onion, chopped 1 egg white, stiffly beaten Mix butter and mustard; spread on cut surfaces of rolls. Roll up roast beef; place on crescent roll bottoms. Gently fold cheese and green onion into beaten egg white in a small bowl; spread over beef. Broil, 3 to 4 inches from heat, 2 minutes, or until topping is golden and bubbly. Serves 3. |
