Making candy is one of the favorite things I do. I've decided to make a separate recipe book because I have so many good
recipes.
The picture to your right shows candy I made for Christmas gifts.
Making good candy takes time, but it's well worth the effort. There are quicker ways to do it, using a microwave, but
somehow, at least to me, it doesn't taste quite the same. You can decide for yourself. There will be a few microwave recipes
because there are times when we all need something done in a hurry.
These recipes will be 1 to a page, to make it
easier for you to print out. The recipes are listed in the upper right hand corner. I have now added a second candy recipe
