Cinnamon Bread

2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
4 teaspoons baking powder
1-1/2 teaspoons WATKINS cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup buttermilk
1/3 cup WATKINS Grapeseed Oil
2 teaspoons WATKINS vanilla
2 eggs
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon WATKINS cinnamon
2 teaspoons butter, softened

In large bowl, combine flour and next eight ingredients. Beat 3 minutes at medium speed. Pour batter into 9" x 5" loaf pan which has been sprayed with vegetable oil spray. In small bowl, combine the last 3 ingredients until crumbly; sprinkle over batter and swirl lightly to marble. Bake at 350 deg F. for 45 to 55 minutes or until bread slightly pulls away from sides of pan. Remove from pan and cool on wire rack. Wrap and keep in refrigerator.
