1 lb. ground beef Salt and pepper to taste Oil Chili sauce 2 pkgs. tortillas 1 lb. cheese, grated 3 medium onions, finely chopped Brown the ground beef, with salt and pepper, in 1 tablespoon oil for about 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Add 1 cup chili sauce and set aside. Heat tortillas in very small amount of oil until they are warm and soft. Fill each tortilla with the beef mixture; add cheese and onions to each one, and roll up. Place tortillas close together, seam side down, in a shallow baking dish or pan. Cover with additional chili sauce and remaining cheese and onions. Bake at 350 deg. until bubbly. |
